Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement training programs related to compliance for staff members.
• Perform gap analyses on current policies and procedures to address regulatory changes and audit findings.
• Prepare reports on KYC activities and present findings to senior management.
• Identify and resolve Compliance issues had been escalated
• Conduct risk assessments, maintain export documentation, and monitor regulatory changes to ensure ongoing adherence to international standard.
• Advise on KYC screening and compliance matters with focus on international import / export laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline.
• 3 Years of hands-on experience in export compliance, international logistics, or trade operations.
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. export regulations (EAR, ITAR), classification systems (ECCN, HTS/Schedule B), and global trade compliance frameworks.
• Proven ability to analyze complex regulations, conduct risk assessments, and implement compliance programs in dynamic, multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
