Responsibility:

• Assist regional operations management office located at Hong Kong Headquarters to plan, promote, implement and optimize the group regional operations centralization strategy (Southeast Asian entities located in ASEAN countries).
• Manage and closely monitor regional operations project tasks. Collaborate with relevant parties at Headquarters and group ASEAN entities in managing project dependencies across different countries’ operations.
• Work effectively and efficiently with local and regional operations business partners, cross-functional departments and external parties to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with our company strategy.

Requirements:

• Degree holder (Business, Project Management, Information Systems or related disciplines preferred).
• 3 years of working experience in banking operations, operations process optimization, or regional office management is preferred.
• Highly organized self-starter, with the ability to lead multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and capable to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Strong analytical skill and communication skills with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including basic Putonghua).
• Knowledge of handling operations projects and regional management will be added advantages.
