Duties and Responsibilities
1. Participate in hotel department head meetings and assist department heads in their work參與酒店部門主管會議,協助部門主管主持工作;
2. Prepare budgets for hotel maintenance and upkeep 負責編制酒店有關維修和保養的預算;
3. Monitor the gas, electricity, and water consumption of hotel public facilities and propose energy-saving measures監測酒店公共設施的燃氣、電力和水消耗情況,並提出節能措施;
4. Prepare project tender documents and tender drawings; review and evaluate documents submitted by contractors 編製項目招標文件及招標圖;審查和評估承包商提交的文件;
5. Oversee hotel renovation and upgrading projects, equipment operation, supplier relations, and government relations. 主持酒店翻新、改造工程、設備運行、合作廠商及政府關係。
