Position Summary
Responsible for assisting Senior Marketing Manager in planning and constructing the marketing strategies and promotion activities to facilitate the Department to achieve loan business target, and also developing and maintaining relationship with business partners.
Responsibilities
- Plan marketing programs and new initiatives to achieve the loan business target
- Develop the campaign logistics and work closely with internal departments to ensure effective and efficient implementation of planned initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and concerned business partners to facilitate the implementation of marketing programmes
- Handle the marketing expenses and ensure it worked within the budget
- Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
Requirements
- University graduate in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' solid product or marketing experience in banking products: at least 2 years’ experience in secured lending or unsecured lending business or related sector
- Creative and good business acumen with excellent product management skills
- Sound knowledge in loan products and relevant lending guidelines;
- Independent, mature, self-initiated and business oriented;
- Good planning and analytical skills
- Strong communication skill and risk awareness
- Able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
