Assistant Operation Manager / Manager (Loans Division)

Responsibilities:

• Loan administration and operation support
• Prepare loan agreements and collateral documents
• Ensure duly execution of loan documentations and comply with all policy, legal and regulatory requirements
• Data and Limit input to mainframe systems
• Coordinate with frontline units for providing prestige service to our customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
• At least 5 years working experience in banking, preferably in Loans Documentation Dept.
• Strong self-motivation & responsible
• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Able to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in computer knowledge, especially with Chinese typing
