Telemarketing Executive, Fubon Credit

Responsibilities:
 

• Conduct outbound telemarketing activities to cross-sell Credit Card or Personal Loan products to customer to achieve business goals and objectives
• Handle inbound unsecured lending applications and related enquiries
• Answer customers’ enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information to potential and existing customers
• Follow through with related departments to ensure delivery of service commitment to customers
• Process all customers’ phone instructions strictly in adherence to Bank policies and procedures

Requirements:
 

• F.5 or above
• 1-year experience preferable but not essential
• Strong commitment in delivering quality customer service
• Good command of Mandarin preferable
• Good team player with excellent communication & presentation skill
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills
