Wealth Management Specialist, Retail Channel Management

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing a district with various branches on the sales & product direction of investment / Insurance products
• Providing training and briefings on investment / Insurance markets, products & selling skills
• Conducting joint calls with front line staff, ensuring they meet sales target
• Assisting in the launch and marketing of investment / Insurance products
• Initiating, implementing and monitoring promotion programs & sales strategies to motivate sales staff
• Assist AO in customer selling activities

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• 3-5 years or above relevant experience
• Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1 & 4
• Substantial knowledge of bank's retail investment / Insurance products
• An investment / Insurance sales experience in the retail banking industry is preferable
• Analytical-minded and sensitive to financial market trends
• Good team player
• Understand relevant policies and procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication skills and people management skills
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
