About Our ClientJoin a prestigious Japanese jewellery brand as a Business Retail Operations Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will oversee business retail operations, manage budgets including P&L, and ensure smooth day-to-day store performance across multiple locations.

Job Description

• Develop and manage operational strategies, budgets, and cost controls to achieve business objectives.
• Streamline processes to enhance efficiency, improve customer service, and optimize product displays.
• Lead cross-functional teams, set goals, and ensure alignment with corporate vision and brand standards.
• Monitor KPIs and sales results, analyze reports, and implement improvement plans.
• Establish and enforce operational procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support new store openings, including planning, equipment setup, and localized operations tailored to market needs.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high operational standards and achieve sales targets.
• Oversee inventory management, replenishment, and loss prevention.
• Collaborate with management on MD planning and execute strategies based on corporate direction.
  
   

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in fashion-related industries (experience in jewellery or reuse industry is a plus)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively at all levels
• Experience in new business setup and strong network with retail malls and landlords is highly desirable
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and/or Japanese (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
