About the Role:
We are looking for proactive and customer-centric Sales Executives to join our dynamic retail team. In this role, you will drive sales growth through strategic outreach and exceptional client relationships, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed individual sales goals through proactive engagement and personalized service.

• Assist in day-to-day store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Provide exceptional service, building lasting relationships with clients.

• Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and follow up effectively.

• Understand and anticipate customer needs to recommend suitable solutions.

• Maintain visual merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience.

• Secondary education or above.

• Friendly, customer-oriented, and a collaborative team player.

• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese typing.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Full-Time : Monthly salary of HK$17,000 to HK$25,000 (Basic Salary + Commission).

• Part-Time : Competitive hourly rate of HK$70 .
