工作職責:
- 負責會所日常運作、設施檢查及確保牌照符合政府規例。
- 籌劃各類社交活動、康樂課程及編製住戶通訊。
- 領導團隊協調、提供專業培訓並監督服務表現水準。
- 管理預算、評估合約成本效益並編製財務報表。
- 處理查詢、維護住戶關係並與僱主及業主委員會溝通。

工作要求
- 學歷及經驗:中五或以上程度,持有酒店/款待管理文憑;具3年或以上會所或酒店經驗(具督導經驗者優先)。
- 語言及溝通:具備良好中英文讀寫能力、卓越的人際溝通技巧及領導才能。
- 技術技能: 熟練使用 MS Office 軟件及中英文電腦打字。
- 工作態度: 具備團隊合作精神及主動性,需輪班工作(包括週末及公眾假期)。
薪酬:
$27000 - $28500 (視乎經驗)

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, facility inspections, and ensure all licenses comply with government regulations.
- Plan and execute diverse social events, recreational courses, and newsletters for residents.
- Lead staff coordination, provide professional training, and monitor service performance standards.
- Manage budgets, evaluate contracts for cost-effectiveness, and prepare financial reports.
- Handle inquiries, maintain resident relationships, and liaise with the Employer and Owners' Committee.
Requirements:
- Education & Experience: Form 5 or above with a Diploma in Hotel/Hospitality Management; 3+ years in clubhouse/hotel industry (supervisory experience preferred).
- Language & Communication: Proficient in English and Cantonese; excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office and Chinese/English word processing.
- Work Attitude: Strong team player; willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Salary:
$27000 - $28500 (Depends on experience)
