Performance Management （Wholesale Banking）

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the collection, sorting and verification of full-dimensional operating data of corporate banking business, establish standardized data ledgers to ensure data accuracy and completeness, and lay a solid foundation for business decision-making.

2. Conduct in-depth analysis of corporate banking operating data, covering customer structure, business scale, revenue and other dimensions, explore operational problems and optimization potential behind the data, and output targeted analysis conclusions.

3. Compile business analysis reports, business review reports and other materials with clear logic and accurate expression, efficiently present data insights and decision-making suggestions to support strategy formulation of management and business departments

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Economics.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in corporate banking sector.

• Analytical Skills: Strong logical thinking and data sensitivity, with the ability to perform systematic and global analyses, extract core insights from large datasets, and communicate findings clearly.

• Communication and Documentation: Excellent business communication skills and proven ability to write high-quality analytical reports and materials for decision-making purposes
