Manager to Vice President, User & Payment Product (Digital Banking Department)

Responsibilities:

• Enhance the capabilities of digital platforms including mobile APP, personal net banking

• Develop customer-focused digital experience, formulate various product recommendations and coordinate product development

• Assist team lead to liaise with various teams such as business stakeholders, risk stewards , UIUX design, IT, marketing and operations to generate idea, define end-to-end customer journeys and shape outcome

• Ensure digital deliverables meet business stakeholders’ requirements and are fit for purpose to release to customers by supporting in-sprint, pre-release UAT and live test

• Keep abreast of market and regulatory changes and timely execute product enhancement and other risk based diligence

• Review the business performance after the launch of the project, support customer enquire about the product features and solve customers’ difficulties

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Information Management or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years’ experience of digital product management, preferably with exposure in banking or financial sector

• Qualification in ECF is preferred

• Able to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills

• Proficient in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua is an advantage
