DOO you have what it takes?

What you’ll be working on:

  • Act as point of primary point of contact for handling inquiries from both Sales & Non-sales team members.
  • Assist in preparing and validating attendance and payroll data for the monthly payroll process.
  • Review and cross-checking claim entitlement and approving claim submission accurately and timely.
  • Oversee and ensure the proper completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
  • Perform and verify the Sales ROI (Sales Performance Management), then executing performance appraisal.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, events and maintain updated calendars and agendas.
  • Conduct onboarding/inductions for new joiners and ensure employee records are accurately updated in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, policies, and best practices.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as data reporting, compiling sales reports, and maintaining documentation.
  • Support recruitment activities in line with team expansion needs.
  • A tremendous level of coordination across various departments.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Must possess at least Diploma in any field.
  • Prior experience in HR Administration, Sales Support or related roles will be an added advantage.
  • Able to work well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and processes precisely.
  • Good command of English and Mandarin (both written and verbal communication skills).
  • Experienced in Lark, Sharepoint, Teams would be an advantage.
  • A humble-to-learn and happy-to-learn attitude. Maintain a sensitive and want-to-know-more mindset.
