Commercial Banking - Corporate Wealth and Sales Management
 
Hang Seng’s Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies. 
 
For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services.  As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager, Investment and Insurance Sales, Corporate Banking.

Principal responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to the Corporate Wealth Management Dept
• Compile periodic sales related reports, management information and performance statistics for market analysis or research
• Assist in building and maintaining databases
• Build and manage portfolio of I&I customers, maintain good customer relationship and provide quality after-sales support and logistics

Requirements

• Bachelor degree with proven banking investment experience, especially in sales support and quality assurance
• Good knowledge of investment business
• Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure incumbent
• Organized, logical and analytical with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
• Strong PC skills and familiar with MS Office, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
• Acquired relevant Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examination Paper 1, 2, 3 is an advantage
• Passes in HKSI Licensing Examination for HKMA RI Type 1, 4, 7 for regulated activities preferred (Non-core)
• Professional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.
