We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition.

Principal responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle of your assigned portfolio – from understanding business needs to post-offer candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers a s trusted advisor to deliver a seamlines candidate experience.
• Build strong direct sourcing pipeline through digital platforms, database search, market mapping, referrals and market intelligence etc.
• Drive recruitment marketing initiatives to promote our career opportunities. Be our brand ambassador and bring our employer brand to life through storytelling, social media and campus engagement.
• Contribute to strategic projects that transform how we attract and retain talents.
• Use data and insight to make smarter, faster and more impactful hiring recommendation to your line managers.
• Ensure the recruitment process is in compliance with banking regulations and requirement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in talent acquisition and effective use of sourcing channels to attract talents.
• Hands-on experience with direct sourcing and digital recruitment tools.
• Passion for people, creativity in employer branding and curiosity about new sourcing trends.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive minset with the confidence to challenge and innovate in a fast-changing environment.
• Able to work responsibly and attentive to details.
• Proficiency in both written and oral English and Chinese
• Has a great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service process
