Vice President, Sales Team Head - Private Banking

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the team’s sales strategy to acquire High Net Worth clients
• Monitor sales pipelines and business development activities
• Monitor clients’ portfolios on a regular basis to identify business opportunities and revenue growth potential
• Build relationship with client families that cross-generations to establish long-term connections to the Bank
• Ensure all team activities adhere to the highest standards of compliance, risk management, and bank policies
• Coordinate client acquisition activities with Cross Boarder Business Development Team and various departments to ensure the event arrangement is smooth and effective
• Provide adequate support to team for excellent service delivery to Private Banking clients and handle clients’ feedback when necessary

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Finance, Economic, Banking or relevant subjects
• Candidate with CPWP license is preferable
• Minimum 8-10 years' solid experience in Private Banking / HNW client relationship management, with minimum 2 years’ of managerial experience
• Well-planned, mature with excellent management skills
• Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulator requirements
• Strong analytical skills and solid track record in developing relationships with Private Banking clients
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and proficient in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Qualified for registration as a Securities Intermediary (Relevant Individual)  and Insurance Intermediary (Technical Representative of Insurance Agent) of the Bank
