Responsibilities
- Manage and carry out marketing activities, including promotion-truck campaigns and client outreach/events.
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations in a timely and professional manner, implementing resolutions to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Handle client account opening processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency and adherence to SFC requirements.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team and part-time staff.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on departmental activities and metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline.
- Possession of relevant SFC licenses (Type 1 & 4).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
- Fresh Graduate Welcome.
