Technician - 機械/電機/屋宇設備維修技術員技工

工作職責 Job Responsibilities
 

• 每星期工作6天，每天工作九小時 6 days work week, 9 hours per day.

• 負責大廈各項機電系統及設施的保養維修工作 Responsible for maintenance and repair works of E&M systems and facilities of the building. 

• 定期檢查各項機電系統和設施 Perform regular inspections on E&M systems and facilities.

• 進行預防性及緊急故障維修工作 Carry out preventive and emergency breakdown works.

• 工作地點: 紅山半島 Working location: Red Hill Peninsula.

工作要求 Job Requirements
 

• 3年或以上大廈保養及維修工作經驗。Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience on buildings' repair and maintenance.

• 須持有效電工”A”牌或以上。Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate Grade A or above. 

• 操流利粵語，懂簡單中文書寫。Good command of both spoken and written Chinese.
