Business Function

Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. We provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decisions. In addition, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Review customer's financial status, Credit Bureau Report, internal credit history to approve card applications
• Process card applications according to credit policies and underwriting standards as well as regulatory policy requirement
• Perform verification to detect fraud application and prevent fraud
• To handle enquiry from Customer Center and CFM related to card application appeal or complaints
• To handle MCRA related tasks such as TU data contribution, TU billing and enquiry, etc.
• Prepare testing case and conduct UAT test for system and project development

Requirements:

• Tertiary education or equivalent
• 5 years or above credit experience for unsecured card product risk management /
• With underwriting / product management experience
• Self-initiative and good team player
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong credit sense and able to balance business and credit risk
• Good time management to prioritize important tasks
• Familiar with processing systems (VisionPlus and AAPS) will be an advantage
• Experience in performing UAT will be an advantage
