Officer, Investment Banking (Dept Capital Market)

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to assist the team in deal execution, including documentation, implementation of internal processes and coordination with other parties involved in the transaction;

• Prepare pitching materials to provide market intelligence and other information relevant to the client’s funding needs

• Prepare reporting materials for internal procedure purpose

• Update market information and provide research information for debt issuance activities in different markets;

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines, preferably with HKQF-related qualifications

• Holder of SFC Type 1, 4 licenses is preferred

• At least 1 year or above related work experience, with deal execution experience is preferred

• Independent, ability to work under pressure and balance multiple tasks simultaneously

• Detail-minded, excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Bloomberg/Wind skills preferred

• Fluency in Mandarin and English
