Officer, Credit Policy & Project Management (Project Focused)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the initiation and execution of credit-related projects to strengthen the Bank's risk management framework and optimize operational efficiency
• Support the implementation and enhancement of credit-related systems
• Assist in the review, enhancement and deployment of Management Information System (MIS) infrastructure and process improvements
• Support post-lending credit reviews and credit control activities related to program lending products, ensuring adherence to internal credit policies/guidelines, and external regulatory requirements
• Participate in ad hoc tasks/projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Risk Management, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in credit and risk management, and monitoring functions in banking industry preferred
• Holder of ECF-CRM an advantage
• Self-motivated with strong data analysis skills in MS Excel
• Knowledge of programming tools, including SAS, Python and SQL preferred
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
