Major responsibilities:
Perform static data creation and maintenance for client life cycle activities such as account opening, account review corporate structure changes, signatories updates, account closure, etc.;
Ensure team Service Level Agreements are met and all requests are completed accurately and timely;
Cooperate with KYC review unit teammates to ensure all KYC documents, signatories record & supplementary information are in good orders;
Process the administration of E-banking services and provide support on client administrative duties (e.g. handling returned mails, Cheque book order, etc.);
Provide statistical data updates to Team Head for monthly reporting;
Drive process improvement and system automation;
Support in UAT & system enhancement;
Perform Ad hoc task assigned by team head.
Requirements:
University graduate with 3 years of relevant experience in Client static data maintenance or Documentation;
Highly detail-oriented, Ability to focus on high quality work while under pressure;
Able to work independently and self-motivated;
Good time management and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
Team Player with Good interpersonal skills;
Competent with control and risk framework;
Ownership of results and good communication skills;
Good command of both written and verbal in English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
