Associate Director, Personal Loan (Product Development)

Responsibilities

• Formulate product strategies and business plan to drive personal loan business growth
• Drive the Company’s product positioning to meet business objectives
• Initiate and drive new product development or refine existing product attributes / features to improve customer experience and strive for better business opportunities
• Develop and implement execution plan and product campaigns to drive personal loan business and sustain business growth  
• Identify and develop testing segment programs to test segment’s needs and offer effectiveness
• Collaborate with various parties to formulate marketing / product strategies, support retention programs and ensure proper campaign deployment
• Develop training materials for new product / promotion launch
   

Requirements

• University degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant disciplines
• At least 8 years' experience in the banking or finance sector with sound knowledge in consumer lending products
• Well-versed in the basic structures of retail loan products and related procedure & system operations
• Self-motivated with good market sense
• Mature, independent with strong leadership skill
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese typing
• Proficient in both written & spoken Chinese & English
