Bar - Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of all equipment used during shifts
• Provide food & beverage service in a British Bar
• Ensure all the Bar equipment is in working order.
• Reports on requirement or replenishment of materials and tools, deficiency or breakage of the machinery, etc.
• Resolve member and guest's enquiry
• Ensure that all equipment, drawers, refrigerators are clean and the contents are always fit for service.

Requirements

• 1-3 years or above with bar service experience in F&B, Club / Hotel industry
• Good knowledge of wine and cocktail production
• Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
