Fund Accounting Manager - Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited

Responsibilities

• Provide effective support to Senior Fund Accounting Manager - Section Head in daily operational activities
• Ensure proper and complete accounting records are maintained
• Ensure ongoing administration of MPF funds and monitoring of unit trusts in compliance with the regulated requirements of governing authorities
• Coordinate and manage project related activities
• Lead and enhance operational efficiency through digital transformation

Requirements

• University graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline OR
  ACCA, HKICPA or equivalent professional qualification

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in fund services or financial industry cover the following:

1. At least 3 years at supervisory level
2. Solid knowledge of fund operations, valuation and accounting
3. Knowledge of MPF regulations and SFC Code
4. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
5. Good project management skills with proven experiences in coordinating and managing project activities is an advantage
6. Collaborate across teams to enhance operational efficiency by identifying streamlining opportunities and developing effective solutions is an advantage

• Holder of SFC RA Type 13  license is a plus
