Assistant Settlement Officer - Bank of East Asia (Trustees) Limited

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operation transactions for MPF, Unit Trusts funds, settlement on global equities and fixed income securities;
• Prepare compliance checklist for newly invested securities, and monitor funding arrangement and cash positions;
• Process corporate actions; and
• Update exchange rates, market prices into fund accounting system and transactions into fund accounting system.

Requirements

• Diploma holder or above, preferably major in finance or accounting;
• Minimum 1 year’s fund settlement or operations experience in banking and financial industry;
• Knowledge of MPF investment regulations and SFC Code is an advantage;
• Holder of SFC RA Type 13  license is a plus;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; and
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
