Assistant Vice President, Investment Banking (Syndicated)

Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute of syndicated loans transactions, including term sheet writeup, assets distribution and documentation

• Maintain frequent dialogues with other market players for market intelligence

• Maintain strong relationship managers to identify and originate primary and secondary deals

• Assess market liquidity for underwriting and sell down risk

• Work with both internal & external parties for deal execution and documentation

• Participate in ad-hoc assignment as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above preferably with major in Business, Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

• Holder of CPA/CFA is preferred

• At least 3 years of solid experience in deal origination and execution in syndicated loans or corporate banking

• Independent, ability to work under pressure and sensitive to market changes with a proactive approach to drive business growth

• Detail-minded, excellent analytical and problem solving skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Fluent spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin

• Promising candidates with less experience will be considered as AVP, Investment Banking
