Branch - Marketing Support Officer (RM Assistant)

Responsibilities

• To be a team member of Branch Distribution & Services Department
• To provide operational, administrative and marketing services support to Relationship Managers
• To handle customers’ enquiries and performing sales referral activities, and customer experience support to enhance service quality in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
• To support daily marketing activities and perform administrative duties, such as preparing reports and scheduling customer appointments etc.
• To assist in various marketing activities, both in-branch and off-site promotions

Requirements

• University graduate preferred
• Pass in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations (IIQE Paper 1, 2, 3 or equivalent)
• Pass in the HKSI & MPF Examination (or equivalent) is an added advantage
• Minimum of 3 years' working experience, preferably gained in retail banking field
• Familiar with retail banking products and related market trend
• A good team player with strong communication skill, and able to manage tasks efficiently
• Proficient in MS Office application
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua

(Candidates with less working experience will be considered for the position of Marketing Assistant)
