Manager/Assistant Manager, Trade Finance Operations

Responsibilities:

• Handle all trade finance products of import, export and interbank products in professional manner;

• Prepare, perform checking and review trade finance documents;

• Conduct customer enquiry and provide high-quality customer support;

• Prepare daily and management reports;

• Participate in various projects / system enhancement and development, such as performing UAT testing;

• Support trade-related service to business units; 

• Provide administrative support, complete work tasks and perform others duties as assigned; 

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education;

• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience;

• Strong knowledge of ICC rules, e.g. UCP, ISBP, ISP, URDG and URC;

• CDCS holder or commodity transaction experience is preferable;

• Solid experience and knowledge on both trade document checking and trade finance transaction workflow;

• Familiar with market practices and TBML requirements;

• Good command of interpersonal and communication skills with good time management;

• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.

• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Senior Officer.
