Our subsidiary First Shanghai Securities Limited is looking for highly driven individuals who are motivated to grow and excel with the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling account opening / on-boarding customer KYC checking, customer due diligence / ad-hoc review / customer’s information system maintenance
- Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory guidelines
- Review the KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures from time to time
- Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints via telephone, email, WeChat and etc.
- Cooperate with frontline and back offices to handle relevant projects
- Handle multiple tasks and manage projects simultaneously
- Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or related subjects
- Holder of relevant SFC license (Type 1 and Type 2) is a must
- Minimum 1 years solid experience in customer services, preferably in brokerage industry
- Knowledge in KYC, AML, CRS and FATCA procedures
- Good knowledge of regulations and guidelines of relevant regulatory bodies, e.g. SFC and HKEx
- Familiar with securities and futures account opening procedures
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
