Responsible to manage routine operations involved in the Remittance Services Team with general services supporting business and our clients including but not limited to Inward, Intermediate and Outward Telegraphic Transfers and local RTGS payments.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure daily operations are up and running by managing different kind of transaction such as Inward, Outward and Intermediary remittance transactions to be processed before payment cut-off time
- Handles different kind of enquiries from internal stakeholders/customers related to remittance transactions
- Review and enhance the operational procedures to improve the efficiency and controls to key processes.
- Identify process loopholes and respective control prototypes to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
- Support the Manager/Team Head to handle daily operations (remittance and telecommunication) and to ensure fully compliance with rules and regulations stipulated in operational manuals, guideline and policy
- With the use of data analysis, to generate and prepare management reporting.
- Participate in different projects and business initiatives.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant experiences in remittance and payment
- Strong analytical abilities, good time-management, able to perform agile and multi-tasking and not hesitate to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess change mindset with cautious to risk and compliance issues
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese including fluency in Mandarin
- Good PC knowledge, Python and VBA skill would be a plus
