Trainee (Retail Finance Headquraters)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist to implement the bank's strategic plan to ensure long-term development and profitability

• Manage the local branch risk control, branch operations, customer service, etc

• Ensure the compliance and risk management of retail business

• Establish and maintain good relationships with external partners

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Business, Finance or other relevant disciplines

• Independent, self-motivated, analytical and be able to work under pressure

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
