Officer Trainee, Custody Operations, Asset Custody Department

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor customer settlement instructions through different platforms and systems (securities, mutual funds, and unit trusts)

• Record customer settlement instructions in the internal system

• Prepare daily and monthly reports and send them to clients

• Respond the enquiry from clients, front office, and agents

• Prepare various monitoring reports and external reports

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of systems

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferable in Business, Finance, Accounting or other relevant disciplines

• Independent, self-motivated, analytical and be able to work under pressure

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
