Infrastructure Support Engineer （IT Department）

Responsibilities:

-          Take ownership of infrastructure design and implementation

-          Ensure IT infrastructure solution is delivered with best practices

-          Review and evaluate IT infrastructure to identify improvement area

-          Perform Server Virtualization, VDI platform, VPN, storage and backup support

-          Provide technical advice to other teams on IT infrastructure

-          Prepare technical architectural documentation

Requirements:

-          Degree or above in Information Technologies, Computer Science or industry related disciplines

-          3+ years IT experience in IT infrastructure area

-          Solid knowledge about Server Virtualization, VDI, VPN, storage and backup technologies

-          Professional competency in at least one technical specialization, with broad understanding of other current and emerging technologies

-          Ability to articulate ideas verbally and in the written form and deliver presentations

-          Familiar with ITIL process
