Officer / Senior Officer - Treasury Settlement

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of all routine Treasury and Wealth Management product operational process by Murex & Avaloq.
• Execute management duties in effective and efficient methods.
• Communicate and coordinate with Taipei Head Office to report daily operations.
• Directly report to the department head and supervise all team members.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects such as UAT, system migration and tasks assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Over 3 years of working experience in processing Treasury Settlement Operation
• Well knowledge of Treasury & Wealth Management product settlement. (Ex. Bond, FX, FX Swap, Option, Equity & Structure Product etc.)
• Familiar with relative rules and practice of HKAB / HKMA
• Familiar with HKTR reporting rule
• Proficient on the operation of SWIFT (ISO 20022) 、RTGS、Murex & Avaloq
• Good management and communication skills for external and internal parties
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel as well as Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Immediate availability is preferred
