Officer to Deputy Manager, Agency & Trust Services-Capital Markets

Job Responsibilities

• Deliver and execute the day-to-day operational functions for debt capital markets agency and trustee services including but not limited to bonds and syndicated loans
• Perform monitoring on the operational functions which may arise from rendering the agency and trustee services to mitigate the associated operational risk
• Involve testing and implementation of appropriate system platforms to ensure the capability of supporting the services.
• Provide quality services to maintain the relationship with internal business counterparts and working partners
• Perform periodic transactions and records reconciliation and to maintain proper records

Job Requirements

• University graduate
• 1-2 years' experiences in Custody and Trustee, Wealth Management, Corporate Banking or Financial Institution Department
• Knowledge of Client Due Diligence is preferable
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese ( including Putonghua)
• Good team spirit, cooperative and able to work under pressure
