(Contract) Compensation & Benefits Manager, Human Resources Management

Duties:

• Perform Maker/Checker role in monthly payroll processing, reconciliation and related cost allocation, final payments, tax filing and other C&B activities;
• Administer ORSO/MPF schemes and handle staff benefits related issues;
• Monitor staff movements to regulatory authorization and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements;
• Prepare requirements for system development, enhancement and problem correction and perform UAT test and ensure the results meet the related requirements of HR systems and projects;
• Assist in review and setting up of workflow and preparation of related SOPs;
• Check/prepare monthly Headcount analysis report and other management reports (if any) and provide information per requests from various internal and external parties;
• Collect and prepare the data for market surveys and related follow-up;
• Provide on-the -job training and guidance to junior staff members and monitor their progress to ensure the operations meet the internal & external requirements;
• Assist in administer monthly HR operating expenses and participate in annual budgeting exercise; and
• Assist in any other special ad-hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• University graduate or above
• 3 years or above relevant experience
• Familiar with relevant policies and hands on with procedures of the Bank as well as regulatory requirements
• Good communication and coaching skills
• Strong analytical ability and a problem solver
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin
• Good PC knowledge
• Good organization skills; strong numerical sense and well-versed in employment related ordinances
• Strong in computer skills such as Excel
