Assistant Manager – Remittance & Deposit

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling inward and outward remittance transaction, cheque deposit, fund transfer, issuance of cashier order and bank drafts
  • Ensure daily transactions are processed properly
  • Follow up outstanding and irregular transactions
  • Handle inward or outward cheque clearing and contact customer if needed
  • Handle ATM card application, sending of ATM card/pin and all relevant system update
  • Assist department head to review the workflow, procedures and systems to increase productivity and improve efficiency
  • Administrative support e.g. documents filing and record keeping
  • Cross department supporting

Job Requirements:

  • 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSE including English, Chinese and Mathematics
  • Minimum 3 years' banking experience
  • Pleasant, attentive to detail, able to work independently and work under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
