Assistant Manager, Administration and Systems

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist to receive, deliver and follow-up compliance requirements from both internal parties and external authorities
  • Maintain the internal administration system, preparing regular reports, and other ad-hoc affairs
  • Coordinate with internal parties including Head Office or subsidiaries on compliance affairs
  • Implement and complete project / administration tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job requirements

  • University graduate, with CAMS, AAMLP and other AML related certification qualifications are preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in administration work, FCC experiences in financial institutions are preferred
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good computer application knowledge including MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, with knowledge of Putonghua
