Managing Director, Loan Syndication

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional solutions in relation to loan syndication financing for corporate and institutions clients
• Conduct syndication loan origination and distribution on primary basis. Evaluate credit risks of potential borrowers/ issuers and identify credit weaknesses for deal structuring and syndication origination and distribution
• Liaise with lawyers on closing and execution of loan transactions

Job Requirements

• University graduate in Business/ Accounting/ Banking or related disciplines
• Minimum of 10 years origination and distribution experience in syndication and structured financing (including but not limited to project finance, asset-backed finance, mergers & acquisitions) gained from international financial institutions
• Experience in handling syndication and structured finance in Asia Pacific region is more preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work under pressure
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
• Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
