Senior Fixed Income Trader

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and construct proprietary trading strategies(rates trading, IG bonds trading and cross-market arbitrage) based on macro rates, credit spreads and asset rotation analysis.
• Manage proprietary trading books with defined risk limits to generate consistent returns.
• Backup for market-making transactions of investment-grade credit bonds if needed.
• Deliver on budgeted revenues with assigned risk limit.
• Conduct ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or above degree in finance or quantitative disciplines
• Over 10 years fixed income trading experience.
• High proficiency in professional computer applications, self-motivated with strong communication,interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese，including Madarin
