Merchant Relationship Manager

Department : Consumer Finance Department (Credit Card Centre)

Responsibilities:

• Hunt and sign up new key & enterprise accounts (e-Commerce / platform / marketplace )
• Develop a sales strategy to meet KPI and revenue target, in consultation with the manager and senior management team
• Identify high-potential sales leads, negotiate effectively, and build strong relationships with clients
• Meet assigned sales target & company KPI

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in business development.
• Industry knowledge in Payment / e-Commerce / Fintech domains area.
• Strong customer and stakeholder orientation, with excellent analytical skills.
• Experience in financial services or merchant relationship is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proactive and goal-oriented attributes.
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua will be an added advantage.
