Senior Manager/Manager, CCP Derivative Clearing Services, GMT

Job Responsibilities 

• Assist the CCP Derivative Clearing business for third party in Global Markets Department and customer servicing team with an aim to provide good derivative clearing services
• Work with the customer departments for customer acquisitions
• Develop and implement control frameworks, policies and procedures to identify, monitor and mitigate risks associated with the business
• Ensure the related services are properly controlled and comply with internal and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and supervision to team members with an aim to promote teamwork and collaboration with different stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience focus on CCP derivative clearing functions
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team
• Strong knowledge of related banking regulations and risk management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
