Assistant Officer to Officer - Retail Banking Operation

Job Responsibilities

• Process daily transactions for payment services
• Answer the enquiry raised by internal departments about the payment services
• Provide ad hoc support to any task assigned by the Team Head

Job Requirements

• Secondary or above
• 1-3 years experience in branch operations
• Good communication skills, independent and detail-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office such as Word and Excel
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
