Assistant Manager to Manager, New Product and General Administration, Transaction Banking Department

• Responsible for the evaluation of product proposals  prepared by product/business departments to ensure they can fulfill our Bank's business needs, competitiveness and are in line with both internal and external polices and regulatory requirements
• Responsible for co-ordination of risk departments and  product departments for new/enhanced product risk assessment, and  ensuring full compliance in accordance with the product development procedure before product launch to market.  
• Responsible for preparing departmental reports, communicating and coordinating with internal teams.
• Responsible for reviewing existing banking products and analyzing latest banking industry trends.
• Responsible for supporting department  office equipment operation.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum of 3-5 years' product management and project development experience in banking industry, with good knowledge of bank’s product discipline
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua
• With common knowledge of PC configurations
