Officer to Assistant Manager, Fund Trustee and Administration Transfer Agency

Job Responsibilities
- Maintain records of investors
- Process subscriptions and redemption of investors, and dividend payments
- Prepare and distribute daily and monthly statements to investors
- Assist in the collation of know your client and due diligence documents
- Attend to enquiries from fund managers
- Participate in system enhancement and conversion
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- University graduate with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year transfer agency experience
- Experience in series of shares processing and equalization methodology is an asset
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English & Chinese
