Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing financial printing projects such as prospectuses, annual reports, financial statements, and regulatory documents
  • Coordinate with clients, designers, and printing vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery
  • Support the company secretarial team in preparing statutory filings, board meeting minutes, and compliance documents
  • Learn and apply relevant regulations from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Companies Ordinance
  • Participate in document proofreading, layout checking, and governance-related reviews
  • Provide administrative and cross-departmental project support

Requirements

  • University graduates in Business, Communications, or any discipline
  • Strong interest in financial markets, printing operations, and corporate governance
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of layout/design tools is a plus
  • Willing to work flexible hours
