Manager, Global Relationship Management Coordination, Cross-boundary Business Development Department

Responsibilities

• To facilitate the implementation of GRM program & One Bank Initiatives by working closely with key stakeholders at Head Office, BEA China and overseas branches.
• To assist Senior Manager to set business targets, monitor progress and develop incentive system
• To promote a cross-boundary finance solutions including loans, deposits and other services for BEA Group
• To collaborate closely with different business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop insightful dashboards or reports
• To organize and/or participate ad-hoc projects for cross-boundary business

Requirements

• University graduate, preferably major in business or finance or economics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking sector
• Relevant HKIB qualification would be an advantage
• Sound knowledge of banking operations;
• Strong business connections with corporate clients;
• Sound knowledge of the Bank’s products, policies, procedures and practices;
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills;
• Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese; fluent in Putonghua is a must.
