Japanese Speaking Customer Service Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate & communicate with clients, sales, operation and warehouse
  • Follow up shipment, prepare billing and monthly statement
  • Handle clients' inquires, complaints by phone or email.
  • Maintain good customer relationship. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree or above
  • 1 years or above customer service or logistics operation experience, preferably gained from logistics service provider (Fresh Graduate also welcome)
  • Mature, good sense, responsible, willing to learn and able to work under pressure, initiative, positive mind set and well organized
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Japanese (N1)
  • Good Communication with our clients & colleagues
  • Good PC skills and proficient in MS Office & Chinese word processing
  • Client focus with good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Working Location

  • Kowloon Bay or Kwai Chung
