Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain learning platforms
- Track training participation, manage enrolments, and monitor learner engagement, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and accessibility
- Assist different teams in the overall management of various talent development projects in an end-to-end manner
- Data analysis、training materials development
- Handle training administrations, logistics and prepare relevant reports
- Handle various ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above
- Relevant working experience in banking and financial institutes would be an advantage
- Good command of both verbal and written English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin is a plus
